🔄 Return Conditions & Window

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• Return Window: You must initiate the return within 11 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
• Product Condition: Returned items must be in New condition only (unused, unopened, with all original tags and labels attached).

• Return Methods: You can return your products either In-store at our physical location or By Mail.
• Return Shipping / Label: A return label is included in the package, and the return shipping is absolutely Free.
• Restocking Fees: We charge No cost (0 AED) for restocking returned items.

To return an item by mail, place the item securely in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase, attach the free return label included in your package, and mail or drop it off at:

💰 Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow us a few business days from the receipt of your item to fully process your request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or a mutually agreed solution.
